These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without giving effect to conflicts-of-law principles. Any claims or actions related to these Services shall be heard exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction within the province of Ontario.

11. Entire Agreement and Severability

12. Governing Language

The English language version of these terms will prevail in case of any inconsistencies with translations or versions provided in other languages.
